Artykuł przedstawia analizę konfiguracji pojęć: praca, wytwarzanie, fach i sztuka w kontekściepragmatycznego założenia, że elementy naturalnego porządku: podmiot i przedmiot,umysł i materia, wiedza oraz to, co poznawane, są ze sobą integralnie powiązanei stanowią spójną całość. Przyjęto szerokie rozumienie fachu i sztuki jako pragnienie solidnościw wykonywaniu pracy. Przedmiotem rozważań był społeczny wymiar przenikaniasię fachu i sztuki w lokalnym i globalnym aspekcie rzeczywistości społecznej. Cel stanowiłoukazanie niektórych możliwości zastosowania analizowanych pojęć na poziomielokalnych praktyk gospodarczych w zakresie kultury organizacyjnej i na poziomie globalnychproblemów społecznych z uwzględnieniem perspektywy wykluczonych uczestnikówżycia społecznego.

In this paper the configuration of ideas regarding labour, production, and craft are analyzed in accordance with the pragmatic assumption that the natural order contains an integrated and coherent set of elements: subject, mind, matter, knowledge and what is learned. Craft and art are interpreted as a desire of the solidity of working. The subject explored is the social dimension of interrelation of craft and art, in both the local and global aspects of social reality. The objective was to present some of the possibilities of application analysed on a local level of economical practices in organizational culture, and on the global level of social problems from the point of view of excluded social actors.
