Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie tezy, że analiza kontekstu oraz kreatywność projektantów są ważnymi czynnikami rozwoju architektury korporacyjnej. Przyjęto, że rozwój kreatywności może być doskonalony przez uwzględnienie kontekstu w modelowaniu architektury przedsiębiorstwa. Pierwsza część artykułu zawiera wyjaśnienie kreatywności i kontekstu w naukach o zarządzaniu i w praktyce rozwoju organizacji. Druga część obejmuje dyskusję na temat kreatywności w modelowaniu architektury korporacyjnej na przykładzie modelu siatki Zachmana.

Artykuł ma charakter teoretyczny. W pierwszej części przedstawiono krytyczną analizę i uporządkowanie dotychczasowej wiedzy dotyczącej realizacji i zarządzania projektami inwestycyjnymi. W następnym etapie omówiono rodzaje i formy realizowanych projektów inwestycyjnych, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem najważniejszych kryteriów klasyfikacji inwestycji. W kolejnej części przybliżono etapy przygotowania projektów inwestycyjnych, wskazując na trzy zasadnicze fazy cyklu życia projektu inwestycyjnego. Następny podrozdział pokazuje związki między cyklem projektu inwestycyjnego a przepływami finansowymi. W ostatniej części omówiono najważniejsze kwestie związane z oceną efektywności projektów inwestycyjnych i podjęto próbę zaprezentowania przykładowego ciągu etapów ewaluacji projektu inwestycyjnego. Artykuł kończy się przedstawieniem wniosków i sformułowaniem rekomendacji dla procesu zarządzania projektami inwestycyjnymi w firmach działających w gospodarce rynkowej.(fragment tekstu)

The primary objective of this article is to present dilemmas of paramount importance in the management of investment projects. The article, employs the method of analysis and critical assessment of the literature for the purpose of verifying the research hypothesis. The article is theoretical in nature. It demonstrates critical analysis and offers ordering of existing knowledge concerning the implementation and management of investment projects. Different types and forms of investment projects are discussed, stages of the investment project preparation are described, relationships between the investment project cycle and financial flows are shown, and also, key dilemmas related to investment efficiency evaluation are characterized. The article reveals that the process of investment project management is ofgreat importance in the assessment of both the overall company management as well as a company 's pursuit of business activities.(original abstract)

The term sustainable development is getting more and more interdisciplinary. It also doesn't pass over the issues of shaping public spaces and city design. Dissemination of sustainable design is a reaction on fast economic growth and rapid growth of global population, loss of natural resources and also unification of culture. At the same time public space becomes more and more important as one of the key factors determining the quality of life. Sustainable design is a design in the system context to improve the systems in terms of their coexistence. Its results come from the environment as well as social needs. They are analysed in terms of esthetic, functional and commercial aspects improving quality of life and minimizing its potential negative impact on the natural environment.
