Najistotniejszym problemem polskiego rynku pracy w kolejnych latach będzie kurczenie się i starzenie zasobów pracy. Niniejsze opracowanie poświęcone zostało obecnej podaży pracy w Polsce oraz wpływowi, jaki w najbliższych dekadach na potencjalne zasoby pracy wywierać będą zmiany demograficzne oraz aktywność zawodowa ludności. Głównym celem przedstawionej w pracy projekcji jest pokazanie skali zmian w liczbie i strukturze potencjalnych i realnych zasobów pracy w Polsce pod wpływem starzenia się ludności. Dla zobrazowania przyszłych rozmiarów i struktury realnych zasobów pracy przedstawiona zostanie projekcja pokazująca przewidywane zmiany w latach 2015-2050 przy różnych wariantach poziomu aktywności zawodowej ludności.

The most important problem of the Polish labour market in the coming years will be shrinking and aging labour resources. This study was devoted to the current labour supply in Poland and impact that in the coming decades it will have on demographic changes and economic activity of the population. The main goal of the work is to show the scale projected changes in the number and structure of potential and real labour resources in Poland under the influence of population aging. To illustrate the future size and structure of real labour resources will be presented showing the projection of anticipated changes in the years 2015-2050 at the different options activity level of the population.
