The article discusses newer tendencies in the programs of ethnic minority parties, e.g. the Frisians, the Sorbs or the South Tyroleans, insofar, as those tendencies cannot – as a large part of the respective program texts – be explained as an expression of a defensive policy heading at group identity perservation. These unconventional parts of the program text can, on the other hand, be explained as a result of three shifts: a) from the collective to the individual, b) from the people to the region, and c) from time to space. These shifts are explained by refering to the epochal transition from a subject with an rounded, well developed identity to a flexible and multi-layered subject.

Diskutiert werden neuere Tendenzen in der Programmatik von Parteien ethnischer Minderheiten, etwa der Friesen, Sorben und Südtiroler, und zwar, soweit sie sich nicht – wie der Großteil der jeweiligen Programmtexte – als Ausdruck einer defensiven, auf Identitätserhaltung zielenden Politik erklären lassen. Die Tendenz dieser ergänzenden, unkonventionellen Programmelemente läßt sich drei Verschiebungen zusammenfassen: a) vom Kollektiv auf das Individuum, b) vom Volk auf die Region und c) von der Zeit auf den Raum. Erklärt wird der Befund mit der schon 1991 von Panajotis Kondylis th ematisierten epochalen Übergang vom identitären, abgerundeten zum flexiblen und vielschichtigen Subjekt.

Tematem artykułu są nowe tendencje w programach partii mniejszościowych w Europie Środkowej, np. Fryzów, Serbołużyczan i południowych Tyrolczyków. W analizowanych programach można zauważyć pewne prawidłowości znajdujące swój wyraz nie tylko w zasadzie polityki defensywnej, zmierzającej do stabilizacji własnej tożsamości grupowej. Uwidaczniają się tam także trzy przesunięcia: od kolektywu do jednostki, od narodu do regionu i od czasu do przestrzeni. Autor w wyjaśnieniu tych przesunięć odwołuje się dorobku teoretycznego m.in. Tönniesa i Panajotisa Kondylisa.
