Celem niniejszego artykułu jest określenie wpływu metod wyceny współkontrolowanych podmiotów na sytuację majątkowo-finansową wspólnika. Osiągnięcie powyższego celu wymaga przyjęcia określonej struktury rozważań. Treść artykułu została podzielona na cztery zasadnicze części odnoszące się do: − prezentacji metody proporcjonalnej, − omówienia metodologii metody praw własności, − porównania wcześniej scharakteryzowanych metod, − zastosowania metody proporcjonalnej i metody praw własności w odniesieniu do LOTOS – Air BP Polska sp. z o.o. Osiągnięcie celu artykułu wymagało zastosowania adekwatnych metod badawczych. Wykorzystano metodę analizy literatury oraz przepisów prawnych, metodę porównań i analogii.

The purpose of this article is to determine the impact of the valuation method jointly controlled entity on the financial situation of partner. The article has been divided into four parts preceded by an introduction and followed by conclusions. Part one describes the proportional method. The second one presents the equity method. The third focuses on comparison of described methods. The last part presents application of the proportional method and equity method in the process of consolidation of financial statements.
