Współpraca międzyorganizacyjna a działalność innowacyjna przedsiębiorstw produkcyjnych w Polsce – wyniki badań empirycznych

Celem niniejszego opracowania jest zbadanie wpływu współpracy międzyorganizacyjnej na wyniki działalności innowacyjnej przedsiębiorstw produkcyjnych w Polsce. W artykule wykorzystano wyniki badań własnych autora przeprowadzonych na celowo dobranej próbie 48 przedsiębiorstw z terenu całej Polski. Zakres czasowy badań obejmował lata 2014-2016. Wyniki przeprowadzonych analiz zasadniczo potwierdziły pozytywny wpływ współpracy międzyorganizacyjnej na wyniki działalności innowacyjnej badanych przedsiębiorstw. W szczególności badania wykazały statystycznie istotną zależność pomiędzy stopniem dywersyfikacji powiązań zewnętrznych a poziomem nowości wprowadzanych innowacji, jak również pomiędzy liczbą powiązań z podmiotami zewnętrznymi a liczbą wprowadzanych innowacji produktowych i procesowych. Nie stwierdzono natomiast zależności pomiędzy współpracą przedsiębiorstw ze środowiskiem naukowym a poziomem nowości wprowadzanych innowacji.

The aim of this paper is to investigate the impact of inter-organizational cooperation on innovation performance of manufacturing companies in Poland. In the study the results of survey conducted among a purposefully selected sample of 48 enterprises were used. The time range of research covered the period 2014-2016. The results generally confirmed the positive impact of inter-organizational cooperation on innovation performance of the surveyed companies. In particular, the study has shown a statistically significant relationship between diversification of external links and the level of novelty of introduced product innovations, as well as between the number of relationships with external entities and the number of product and process innovations. Surprisingly, there was no relationship between the cooperation with research organizations and the level of novelty of introduced product innovations.
