Podstawowym sposobem osiągania i podnoszenia jakości jest wdrożenie w przedsiębiorstwie systemu zarządzania jakości . W artykule zaprezentowano uwarunkowania procesu wdrażania i funkcjonowanie systemu zarządzania jakością na przykładzie przedsiębiorstwa produkcyjno-handlowego.

The phenomenon of the competition is extorting constant changes in enterprises in all spheres of functioning. Enterprises aspiring for holding or increasing the competitive edge are using various actions. Very much in the rivalry a quality is an important component. Implementing the quality management system in the enterprise is an essential manner of achieving and the refinement. In the article conditioning of the implementation process and functioning of the quality management system were expressed on the example of the enterprise production-commercial.
