Bliskość komunikacyjna pomiędzy jednostkami administracji publicznej

Artykuł podejmuje problematykę bliskości komunikacyjnej pomiędzy jednostkami administracji publicznej. W ramach bliskości komunikacyjnej wskazano na trzy teoretyczne wymiary: bliskość relacyjną, bliskość cyfrową oraz bliskość tymczasową geograficzną. Celem przeprowadzonych badań było określenie poziomu bliskości komunikacyjnej urzędów miast na prawach powiatu w województwie śląskim z różnymi rodzajami jednostek administracji publicznej. W związku z tym sformułowano 12 pytań badawczych. Na zadane pytania otrzymano odpowiedzi w ramach ankiety wykorzystującej pięciostopniową skalę Likerta, przeprowadzonej metodą CAWI. Otrzymane wyniki badań wskazują, że największy poziom bliskości komunikacyjnej urzędy miast na prawach powiatu w województwie śląskim mają z innymi urzędami miast na prawach powiatu oraz urzędami gmin.

The article takes into consideration a problematics of communicational proximity among public administration entities. As part of communicational proximity three theoretical dimensions have been pointed out: relational proximity, virtual proximity and temporary geographical proximity. The aim of conducted research has been to state the level of communicational proximity of city councils with powiat rights in Silesian voivodeship with other public administration entities. 12 research questions have been formed. Research questions have been answered with questionary based on 5 point Likert scale, conducted with CAWI method. Research results show that city councils with powiat rights have the highest level of communicational proximity with other city councils with powiat rights and commune offices.
