Basic rent formative factors on which differentiation of the rent payments is grounded in the oil and gas extraction process were presented. Their detailed description was given and methods of their quantitative measuring as well as methodology of determination of rate of the rent payments, which takes into account these factors in case of any deposit of oil and gas, were elaborated.
