Raportowanie zintegrowane w kreowaniu wizerunku pracodawcy – ocena praktyk polskich przedsiębiorstw

Artykuł jest próbą oceny raportu zintegrowanego jako narzędzia pozyskania przez interesariuszy zewnętrznych informacji finansowych i pozafinansowych służących ocenie przedsiębiorstwa jako pracodawcy. Badaniem zostały objęte podane do publicznej wiadomości roczne raporty zintegrowane dziesięciu spółek. Metodą analizy opisowej i analizy morfologicznej dokonano oceny badanych raportów pod względem zakresu prezentowanych informacji w następujących aspektach: zatrudnienie, wynagrodzenie i świadczenia dodatkowe, szkolenia i możliwości rozwoju, stabilność zatrudnienia i działania w zakresie zapewnienia równowagi między pracą a życiem zawodowym. Charakterystyka i ocena praktyk polskich przedsiębiorstw sporządzających raport zintegrowany pozwoliła na stwierdzenie, że raport zintegrowany może służyć jako narzędzie w kreowaniu wizerunku pracodawcy, jeśli będzie zawierał istotne, kompletne i uwzględniające oczekiwania interesariuszy dane.

The modern socially responsible enterprise conducts economic activity focused on meeting needs of various groups of stakeholders comprising present and future employees. The lack of the integrated report standard causes that the financial and nonfinancial information is presented in various ways. The information concerning employees influence greatly employer branding. The essence of employer branding is to create a distinguishable image of an organization as a preferred employer. The analysis of the contents of the reports shows that enterprises present the following non-financial information which creates a good image of employer: employment, staff trainings and development, remuneration systems and motivational systems, projects enabling employees’ development, low rotation of employees, work life balance, career development.
