Grywalizacja, czyli jak zaangażować uczestników zajęć sportowo-rekreacyjnych

Celem artykułu było przedstawienie koncepcji grywalizacji oraz możliwości jej zastosowania w usługowej działalności przedsiębiorstw sportowo-rekreacyjnych. Wychodząc z założenia, że duża część Polaków coraz częściej jako formę spędzania wolnego czasu wybiera gry, rośnie liczba osób wykorzystujących nowoczesne technologie oraz urządzenia mobilne, a sama grywalizacja została uznana za jedno z największych odkryć marketingu i coraz powszechniej wykorzystywana jest w celu budowania relacji z klientami − w pełni uzasadniona wydaje się propozycja zastosowania mechanizmów gier w usługach sportowo-rekreacyjnych. Zaprezentowano wyniki badania przeprowadzonego wśród mieszkańców województwa śląskiego na temat oferty przedsiębiorstw sportowo-rekreacyjnych oraz możliwości zastosowania grywalizacji w zarządzaniu relacjami z nabywcami tych usług.

The goal of the article was the presentation of gambling conception and the possibilities of using it in the service activity of sport-recreation companies. By assuming the fact that sufficient part of Polish population chooses games more and more often and the number of people using modern technologies and mobile devices is bigger and bigger and the gamification itself has been claimed to be one of the biggest discoveries of marketing and it is used to build the relations with customers, it seems to be justified the idea of using the game mechanisms in sport-recreation services. There are some research results conducted among residents of Silesia province on the offers of sport – recreation companies and the possibilities of using the gamification in the in the management of relations with the sport-recreation service purchasers.
