Niniejszy artykuł stanowi próbę przeniesienia niektórych koncepcji z zakresu rent ekonomicznych do analizy efektywności przedsiębiorstw działających w sieciach międzyorganizacyjnych. Rozwój tych sieci kreuje nowe wyzwania w zakresie procedur wspomagających podejmowanie decyzji. Dokonano przeglądu wybranych problemów pomiaru efektywności. Na tej bazie wskazano na możliwość interpretowania rentowności przedsiębiorstwa jako wartości łącznej dwóch rent: renty zasobowej i renty relacyjnej. Wyraża się przekonanie, że może to stanowić inspirujący przyczynek do poszukiwań instrumentów aplikacyjnych zwiększających prawidłowość podejmowanych decyzji w zakresie kształtowania powiązań sieciowych.

This article provides the attempt of economic rent conceptions transferring into analysis of effectiveness of networked enterprises. The development of interorganizational networks creates the new challenges of effectiveness measurements. Based on these facts, the possibilities of enterprise profitability measurement interpretation were indicated as a aggregate value of the rent on resources and the rent on relationships. It should like to express the firm confidence, that it may head to researches of new appropriable instruments for making decision of network relationships establishing more accurate.
