Sektor nowoczesnych usług biznesowych pozytywnie wpływa na rozwój miast poprzez tworzenie dużej ilości dobrze płatnych miejsc pracy, także dla młodych ludzi bezpośrednio po studiach. Bardzo pozytywny wpływ można zauważyć w obszarze rozwoju kapitału ludzkiego. Firmy z sektora nowoczesnych usług biznesowych dofinansowują całą gamę usług edukacyjnych i szkoleń dla pracowników. Firmy z sektora nowoczesnych usług biznesowych generują większość popytu na nowoczesną powierzchnię biurową w wielu miastach w Polsce. Przyczyniają się do ich rewitalizacji. Centra usług oddziałują na otoczenie poprzez zaopatrzeniowe i dochodowe efekty mnożnikowe. Z powyższych względów bardzo istotne dla rozwoju miasta jest przyciąganie inwestycji z sektora nowoczesnych usług biznesowych.

The sector of modern business services has a positive impact on cities development by creating numerous well-paid jobs, also for young graduates. A very positive influence can be observed in the development of human capital. Companies from modern business services sector subsidize the whole scope of educational services and training for their employees. Companies from modern business services sector generate the majority of demand for modern office space in many Polish cities. They contribute to their revitalisation. Services centres affect the neighbourhood by means of provision's multiplier effect and income multiplier effect. Thanks to the above reasons it is very important for the city to attract investments from the modern business services sector.
