The article discusses the secessions in the Mountaineering Society of Kłodzko (Glatzer Gebirgsverein, GGV). The first to split off was the Słupiec division in 1894. After merely two years they returned to the ranks of GGV. In 1909 the Bardo division gained autonomy, thus forming the Society for Bardo and surrounding area (Ortsverein für Wartha und Umgegend). In 1933 it briefly re-joined the ranks of GGV. In 1923 the Mountaineering Society of Złoty Stok (Reichensteiner Gebirgsverein) was formed, it joined with the Silesian-Sudetes Mountaineering Society (Schlesischer Sudetengebirgsverein) after ten years. The article concerns organisational issues as well as the achievements of organisations from Słupiec, Bardo and Złoty Stok.
