A set of variants of a dynamic, balanced macro-econometric model and their respective economic multipliers are considered. Economic multipliers are positioned as effective means of scientific justification of the purposeful measures of the state economic policy (SEP) based on the indicators of the national accounts statistics. The SEP is interpreted and presented as a scientifically driven collection of formally correlated goals and means in an econometric model of purposeful function and multipliers of the means influence on the goal.
