Artykuł stanowi głos w dyskusji na temat rozwoju i dostępności wybieralnych konsumpcyjnych usług systemowych w Polsce. W artykule zostały zaprezentowane wyniki ogólnopolskich badań ankietowych, których celem było pozyskanie opinii konsumentów na temat funkcjonowania placówek świadczących usługi wybieralne (m.in. bankowe, turystyczne, fitness czy Wellness i SPA). Badani konsumenci, oceniając funkcjonowanie placówek usługowych świadczących wybieralne usługi systemowe, wysoko oceniają poziom obsługi klienta i kompleksowość przedstawianej im oferty. Od przedsiębiorstw usługowych wymagają niższych cen oraz większej dostępności oferowanych usług, wyrażającej się przede wszystkim w dogodniejszych dla konsumenta godzinach otwarcia oraz dogodniejszej lokalizacji punktów usługowych.

The article is a voice in discussion about development and availability of selectable consumer systemic services in Poland. The article presents the results of nationwide survey researches in Poland, which purpose was to get the consumers' opinion about functioning of facilities providing selectable services (banking, travel, fitness or Wellness and SPA). Respondents rated high the level of customer service and the complexity of the presented offer in the service facilities providing the selectable consumer systemic services. They demand lower prices and better availability of offered services from service enterprises; primarily by more convenient for the consumers opening hours and more convenient location of service points.
