W artykule zaproponowano skonstruowanie nowej naukowej teorii poradnictwa zawodowego opierającej się na teoriach cybernetycznych. Sformułowano warunki, które powinna spełniać. Omówiono przyjętą koncepcję człowieka oraz koncepcję stałych indywidualnych cech osobowości, które pełnią funkcje predyspozycji zawodowych. Przedstawiono bazę teoretyczną tej koncepcji. Zaprezentowano wybór zawodu i działalności zawodowej ze względu na wartości stałych indywidualnych cech osobowości. Wskazano role zawodowe właściwe dla człowieka ze względu na te cechy. Przedstawiono relacje występujące między zawodem a tymi cechami. Omówiono zagadnienie przystosowania zawodowego ze względu na wartości stałych indywidualnych cech osobowości.

In the article the development of a new scientific theory of career counselling, originating from cybernetic theories, has been anticipated. The conditions it should meet were formulated. The article discusses the assumed concept of a human and the concept of constant individual personality traits which function as job predispositions. The theoretical basis of the concept was identified. Selection of an occupation and the following professional life, conditional upon the values of constant individual personality traits, were presented. The professional roles appropriate for an individual, dependent on those traits, were distinguished. Relations between the occupation and the personality traits were presented. The issue of professional adaptation subject to constant individual personality traits, was discussed.

W artykule przedstawiono opinie specjalistów na temat elastyczności pracowników. Przeanalizowano relacje pracownik – otoczenie z punktu widzenia elastyczności człowieka i otoczenia. Omówiono elastyczność człowieka i możliwości przystosowywania się do sytuacji w kontekście jego stałych indywidualnych cech osobowości. Określono implikacje dla elastyczności człowieka wynikające z wartości stałych indywidualnych cech jego osobowości.

In the article opinions of specialists in the issue of an employee’s flexibility are presented. The relationship between an employee and the environment with respect to flexibility of a human and the environment is analyzed. Flexibility of a human and his ability to adapt to various situation in the context of his constant individual personality traits was discussed. Implications for humans’ flexibility resulting from constant individual personality traits were identified.
