Ocena wpływu wdrażania regionalnych strategii innowacji na rozwój przemysłów kreatywnych

Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie oceny wpływu wdrażania regionalnych strategii innowacji na rozwój przemysłów kreatywnych. Na potrzeby prowadzonego badania zastosowano takie podejścia badawcze, jak: podejście funkcjonalne, analiza wskaźnikowa, analiza porównawcza, podejście eksperckie. Rezultatem przeprowadzonego badania są następujące wnioski: istnieje bezpośrednia zależność pomiędzy poziomem wdrażania regionalnych strategii innowacji w poszczególnych województwach a poziomem rozwoju przemysłów kreatywnych w tych regionach. Uzależnienie rozwoju przemysłów kreatywnych od poziomu wdrażania regionalnych strategii innowacji jest silnie zauważalne w 10 spośród 16 badanych województw. Ponadto występują istotne zróżnicowania w poziomie wdrażania regionalnych strategii innowacji przez regiony oraz zróżnicowania w zakresie wykorzystania potencjału innowacyjnego.

The aim of the article is to present an assessment of the impact of implementing regional innovation strategies on the development of creative industries. For the needs of the study, research approaches such as: functional approach, index analysis, comparative analysis, an expert approach were applied. The result of the study is the following conclusions: there is a direct relationship between the level of implementation of regional innovation strategies in individual provinces and the level of development of creative industries in these regions.
