Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie strategii zatrudnienia zarówno w ujęciu modelowym, jak i procesowym. Autorka zaproponowała własny sposób definiowania strategii zatrudnienia oraz model strategii w korporacji w postaci piramidy. W modelu tym zostały wyszczególnione strategie w obszarze funkcjonalnym - jedną z nich jest strategia zatrudnienia organizacji. W niniejszej publikacji zaprezentowano również zintegrowanie strategii zatrudnienia ze strategią ogólną. Aspekt badań empirycznych wzbogacił publikację w kontekście analizy strategii realizowanej w różnych organizacjach prowadzących działalność na terenie naszego kraju.

The aim of this article is to present employment strategies in both model and process terms. Author proposed her own way of employment strategy defining and created pyramidal model of strategy in corporation. In that model functional strategies were specified - one of them is employment strategy. The present publication also adduces relationships between employment strategy and general strategy. Empirical studies enrich the publication in regard of strategy analysis realizing in various organizations conducting business activity within our country.
