System implementacji strategii w przedsiębiorstwach. Prezentacja wyników badań

Proces implementacji strategii jest jednym z kluczowych elementów strategicznego zarządzania przedsiębiorstwem. Nieskuteczna realizacja przyjętej strategii najczęściej jest efektem błędów popełnionych w procesie jej realizacji. Szczególnie ważne jest zatem systemowe podejście, które pozwoli na identyfikację i uwzględnienie wszystkich istotnych aspektów. Dla systemu implementacji strategii szczególne znaczenie mają aspekty: przedmiotowy, czynnościowy, strukturalny i instrumentalny. Właśnie te aspekty były identyfikowane w badanych podmiotach z listy 500 przedsiębiorstw innowacyjnych według INE PAN. W wyniku badań zdiagnozowano, że w przedsiębiorstwach występują zaniedbania w zakresie rozwiązań strukturalnych w ramach implementacji strategii. Problemem jest również wykorzystywanie niewielkiej ilości instrumentów.

The process of strategy implementation is one of the key elements of strategic business management. The ineffective implementation of the adopted strategy is most often the result of mistakes made in the process of its implementation. A systematic approach that will allow identification and consideration of all relevant aspects is of particular importance. For the implementation system of the strategy, the following are of significant importance: the subject, functional, structural and instrumental aspect. These aspects were identified in the surveyed entities from the list of 500 innovative enterprises according to INE PAN. The survey was attended by 69 entities. As a result of research, it was diagnosed that in enterprises there is negligence in structural solutions within the implementation of the strategy. The problem is also posed by the use of a small number of instruments supporting implementation activities.
