Celem pracy jest badanie czynników kształtujących prawdopodobieństwo oszczędzania w III filarze systemu emerytalnego w Polsce. Analiza dotyczyła przede wszystkim odkładania środków na Indywidualnym Koncie Emerytalnym. Przyczynkiem do analiz są dynamiczne zmiany w systemie emerytalnym. Wnioski zostały wypracowane na podstawie wygenerowanego modelu ekonometrycznego na podstawie danych z Diagnozy Społecznej.

The aim of this work is a study the factors creating probability of saving in III possibility of pension system in Poland. The analysis relate to depositing money in Individual Retirement Account. The cause of analysis are dynamic changes in pension system. Conclusions are drawn from generated aconometric model based on the data from social diagnosis.
