W treści artykułu omówiono system edukacji w Hiszpanii, z systemem edukacji na poziomie wyższym włącznie, na bazie analizy materiałów uzyskanych ze źródeł internetowych, ale przede wszystkim materiałów uzyskanych przez autorkę tekstu w czasie pobytu studyjnego w tym kraju we wrześniu 2011 r. Ponadto dość szczegółowo opisano organizację edukacji specjalnej adresowanej do uczniów z niepełnosprawnością, niedostosowanych społecznie oraz wykazujących wybitne uzdolnienia – na przykładzie rozwiązań obowiązujących w Katalonii.

This paper focuses on the education system in Spain, university education included, based partially on information obtained from internet sources, but mainly on materials gathered by the author herself in the course of an academic visit to Spain in September 2011. The organization of special needs education for challenged, socially not adjusted as well as extremely gifted students, is described in detail taking as example solutions regulated by law in Catalonia
