W artykule przedstawiono ocenę procesów tworzenia i rozwoju instytucjonalnego środowiska związanego z transformacją gospodarki oraz przedstawiono metodologiczne podejście, które można zastosować do różnych koncepcji tworzenia prawa umożliwiającego rozwój instytucji rynkowych. W artykule autor proponuje metody poparte jakościowo-ilościowymi parametrami efektywności instytucjonalnej.

The article examines the processes of formation and development of institutional environment in transforming economics. The article works out methodological approaches to understanding of different styles in the lawmaking that could be used for the purposes of forming of market economic institutions. The author proposes some methods substantiating qualitative and quantitative parameters of institutional efficiency.
