Prezentuje ideę szkoleń nieformalnych i metod rozwoju kompetencji w miejscu pracy ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem metody coachingu. Przedstawia proces rozwoju kompetencji w czasach kryzysu, którego celem jest osiągnięcie pozytywnego wpływu na wydajność indywidualną i zespołową. Uzupełnieniem rozważań są zagadnienia związane z rolą menedżera w procesie rozwoju kompetencji w czasach dekoniunktury.

The author of the following article underlined the complexity of operating conditions for companies in the time of crisis, which results in searching optimal methods of competence development in the turbulent environment. The author described an idea of non-formal training courses and competence development methods in the workplace, with a special emphasis put on coaching methods. She presented the process of competence development in the time of crisis, which process aims at achieving a positive impact on both individual and team effectiveness. In the article the author also pondered on the role of a manager in the process of competence development during a recession.
