Given the scale of the phenomenon and the individual and social consequences of experiencing occupational stress by teachers, an anti-stress workshop was carried out for this professional group, and, subsequently, subjected to verification. The aim of the workshop was to develop teachers’ personal resources in areas such as: self-esteem, assertiveness, sense of coherence and techniques of coping with stress.
