The article presents the results of research conducted among people with sight and hearing dysfunctions in the region of Upper Silesia. The research comprised issues related to the use of electronic devices and electronic communication technologies by the handicapped and their functioning in the public space. The research was conducted with the use of a questionnaire and in-depth interviews. The questioned were the representatives of Silesian branches of the Polish Association of the Deaf and Polish Association of the Blind.

The concept of health system information and documentation began to play an important role at the time of the development of medical technologies. For many years medical information was based on the core document of medical activities, which is a medical report. Data included in the medical documentation, was regarded by the medical profession as the source of financial, statistical, legal and scientific knowledge. In the perspective of 2014, the area of medicine recognizes a human being as the three dimensional description of medical report.

The article presents the current state of knowledge of the phenomenon of technological innovation and the technological innovation process. The paper discusses the knowledges' definitions and their classification due to the source of origin, as well as ways to use knowledge in innovation processes. The purpose of this article is to present the conceptual model of resource use knowledge in the creation of technological innovation with regard to sources of knowledge resources.

The technological development, particularly the development of information technology, brings about economic transformations in the organization of work. Neither the present orthodox concept of work nor the definition of the various professions are able to accompany the modern technological and organizational evolution which determines the conditions of employment. The systemic character of desemployment causes the present criterion for the distribution of the produced wealth to become meaningless. It will, therefore, have to be replaced by a new one which allows a distribution of wealth that is more in conformity with the real labor activity.

Thanks to development of ICT consumers have been given new tools, which make searching for information and sharing opinions easier. New communication tools have become subject of many publications. Having read them we may come to a conclusion that consumers' role in marketing communication has increased significantly and that consumers are the dominant subject of communication process. The author of this article proves that the above conclusion is false. In fact, the author puts the opposite thesis, which says that advertisers have huge advantage observed in opportunities of common advertisements' individualization, which is done to consumers' unawareness. It doesn't matter if it is a consumer who initiates exchange of information as his/her behaviour was previously carefully monitored and controlled consequently.
