W artykule zaprezentowano procedurę generowania liczb losowych o dwuwymiarowym rozkładzie normalnym uciętym (DRNU). Opisano algorytm generowania tablicy dwudzielczej, wykorzystując próbę realizacji zmiennej losowej DRNU. Przedstawioną teorię wzbogacono konkretnymi przykładami, zrealizowanymi w edytorze VBA arkusza kalkulacyjnego Microsoft Excel.

The procedure to generate random numbers of the truncated two-dimensional normal distribution (DRNU) was presented. The generating of two-way contingency table using random variable of DRNU was described. The presented theory has been enriched with specific examples, that were implemented in the VBA editor of spreadsheet Microsoft Excel.
