W artykule przedstawiono przenikanie się obu teorii w procesie podejmowania decyzji o outsourcingu, wskazując ich kluczowe elementy wpływające na przyjmowane rozwiązania w praktyce funkcjonowania firm.

To make or buy decision – it is an important and up to date question. Your response to this question are Transaction Cost Theory and the Resource Based View. Both theories have a decisive influence on the explanation of the complexity of the concept of outsourcing. The article presents the integrity and blending of both the theory of decision-making on the use of outsourcing in the business entity.
