Wpływ Rosji na międzynarodową konkurencyjność Białorusi, Gruzji, Mołdawii oraz Ukrainy w XXI w.

W niniejszym artykule podjęto próbę określenia wpływu Rosji na konkurencyjność Białorusi, Gruzji, Mołdawii oraz Ukrainy w handlu międzynarodowym w latach 2000-2016. W tym celu, na podstawie skonstruowanej formuły, wyznaczono ujawnione przewagi komparatywne w eksporcie wspomnianych państw przy założeniu braku eksportu z nich do Rosji. Z przeprowadzonej analizy wynika, iż wpływ Rosji na międzynarodową konkurencyjność tych krajów w badanym okresie był zróżnicowany co do kierunku oraz siły. Zdecydowanie największy pozytywny wpływ na kształtowanie się ujawnionych przewag komparatywnych w handlu międzynarodowym miała Rosja w przypadku Białorusi oraz Ukrainy, mniejszy w przypadku Mołdawii, a szczególnie Gruzji. Wpływ ów był determinowany głównie przez stan relacji politycznych między tymi krajami.

This paper attempts to determine the influence of Russia on the competitiveness of Belarus, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine in international trade in the years 2000- 2016. To this end, the revealed comparative advantages in these countries’ exports were calculated using the author’s own formula, with the assumption of no exports from these countries to Russia. The analysis has shown that Russia’s influence on the international competitiveness of Belarus, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine during the analyzed period varied in terms of direction and strength. Russia’s positive influence on the emergence of comparative advantages in international trade was by far the largest in the case of Belarus and Ukraine, being lower for Moldova and especially for Georgia. This influence was largely determined by the state of political relations between the respective country and Russia.
