Prowadzenie działalności gospodarczej wiąże się bezpośrednio z podejmowaniem decyzji, które mają na celu generowanie zysków przedsiębiorstwa. Działania te są związane z ponoszeniem określonych kosztów. Wiedza na temat ponoszonych kosztów, miejsca ich powstawania, czy struktury dostarcza managerom informacji pomocnych w podejmowaniu decyzji oraz kontrolowaniu zachodzących w jednostce procesów. Informacje kosztowe pochodzące z rachunku kosztów są niezbędne dla potrzeb podejmowania decyzji cenowych. Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie wpływu kosztów działalności przedsiębiorstwa na decyzje związane z ustalaniem cen finalnych wytwarzanych przez jednostkę produktów w przedsiębiorstwie produkującym wyroby dla dzieci.

Running a business is directly related to decision-making processes that are designed to generate profits. Such activities are connected with incurring of certain costs. Knowledge of incurred costs, their settlement and structure provides for managers useful information for decision-making and control processes inside the enterprise. Cost information from cost accounting is essential for pricing decisions. The aim of the article is to present the impact of operating costs on business decisions connected with the settlement of prices in the company producing goods for children.
