In conditions of the fast market development and the intensifying, without the acquaintance of marketing principles it isn't possible to be an active and effectively acting participant of the economic life today. At present it is just conditioning marketing above all the efficiency of action and the efficiency rise in conditions of the free market. In the article was described meaning of marketing in the process of the quality management on the example of the bank.
