Formy współpracy w łańcuchach dostaw wieprzowiny w wybranych krajach UE

Celem badań było rozpoznanie form współpracy w łańcuchach dostaw wieprzowiny w krajach o największej produkcji żywca wieprzowego w UE. Źródłem danych do analizy były studia literatury oraz dane statystyki masowej (GUS, USDA). W badaniach zastosowano analizę porównawczą oraz metodę studiów przypadków. Analizą objęto rynek wieprzowiny w: Niemczech, Hiszpanii, Francji, Danii i w Polsce. Ponadto wykorzystano wyniki badań zrealizowanych w 2014 r. w 110 gospodarstwach trzodowych w Polsce. Z analiz wynika, że w krajach UE-28 występują różne formy współpracy w łańcuchach dostaw wieprzowiny. W Polsce rynek żywca wieprzowego cechuje duże rozproszenie producentów trzody chlewnej i przedsiębiorstw mięsnych. W celu poprawy konkurencyjności wskazany jest rozwój integracji pionowej na rynku poprzez wzorowanie się na rozwiązaniach stosowanych w innych krajach.

The aim of study was to recognize the forms of cooperation in supply chains of pork in the countries with the biggest production of live bait pork in the EU. The source of data were studies of literature and the data of mass statistics (GUS, USDA). In research a comparative analysis and a method of studies of cases were used. The analysis was applied to the pork market in: Germany, Spain, France, Denmark and Poland. In addition, the result of survey conducted in 2014 in the 110 pig farms in Poland were used. The analysis shows that in the EU-28, there are various forms of cooperation in the supply chain of pork. The market of live bait pork in Poland is characterized by the dispersion of the producers of pigs and meat enterprises. In order to improve the competitiveness, the development of vertical integration in the market is necessary through a simulation of the solutions applied in other countries.
