The main objective of this article is evaluation of effectiveness of small water reservoirs complex "Kobiór". The main subject of study was man-made small water reservoir located in Silesia region. Based on this study, analysis of economic efficiency was made. The cost benefit analysis (CBA) was used, relaying on identification and evaluation of economic effects related with exploitation of this water reservoirs complex Kobiór. Economical effectiveness was calculated based on time and rate of return as well as NPV indicator.
