To build a CRM system is like to build a real building. Solid building needs a solid foundation. This foundation is the customer-centric business philosophy. Then we build the structure based on this foundation - business strategies. Then are the detailed finishes of building - such as marketing models and applications of information technology. True designed and implemented CRM system brings together information from all data sources within an organization to give one, holistic view of each customer in real time, makes information available throughout organization and supports all enterprise business processes. The implementation of CRM involves both software applications and a change in the way the organization operates. The organization must establish clear goals and objectives, identify the processes that need to be in place to achieve those goals and implement the communication and training required for employees to act in support of the desired objectives. There are many factors that could influence the success of CRM implementation. The three key elements are: people, process and technology.
