The economic theories taking into consideration human behavior and based on the achievements of psychology, sociology, anthropology have been evolving at a blistering pace over the last decade. Owing to that, the behavioral finance has become one of the fastest developing academic areas focused on the analysis of financial markets’ behavior. Private Banking oraz Wealth Management uznawane są za zaawansowaną część współczesnego rynku usług finansowych. Już od lat także w tej części biznesu finansowego stosowane są standardy CSR, a w tym również standardy ekologiczne. Celem artykułu jest opis funkcjonowania PB&WM z uwzględnieniem wybranych aspektów ekologicznych oraz wstępna analiza uwarunkowań prowadzenia działalności finansowej w powyższym zakresie. Dla przygotowania niniejszego opracowania wykorzystano metody: opisową, porównawczą oraz case study. Na podstawie analizy można stwierdzić, że w działalności PB&WM szeroko wykorzystywane są standardy ekologiczne szczególnie w obszarze ekogospodarki, PR, IR, marketingu, a w pewnym zakresie także w ofercie produktów i usług finansowych. W artykule zwrócono także uwagę na funkcjonowanie polskiego rynku PB&WM w kontekście standardów ekologicznych.
