The present study leisure behaviors of Tourism and Recreation in Wroclaw School of Banking (WSB) students. The purpose of this study is also to define the socio-demographic profile of the studied group. The Respondents – second-year WSB students defined the factors contributing to the concept of leisure behaviors: practised recreation sports, frequency of physical activity, companionship, motives etc. They also made an attempt to assess their physical fitness. The literature determines what factors have an impact on the recreation of specialised work efficiency. The analysis below allows to improve the programmatic contents of specialised subjecs, which can be profitable to the quality of education of prospective employees in Tourism and Recreation.
