Na pierwszy rzut oka, odpowiedź na pytanie: czy wewnętrzny PR wspiera, czy też jest konkurencją dla HRM może wydawać się oczywiste. Aby zrozumieć możliwe relacje między tymi obszarami, w artykule wyjaśniono rolę zarówno PR, jak i HRM. Ponieważ główne cele tych obszarach wydają się mieć wspólny obszar, omówiono zjawisko konfliktu między działami w organizacjach, przy wykorzystaniu perspektywy zależności zadań i agentów. Artykuł kończy się propozycją rekomendacji w zakresie poprawy efektu synergii między PR a HRM.

At first glance, the answer to the question: is internal PR supportive or competitive to HRM may seem to be obvious. To understand possible relationships between these domains, this article starts from explain the roles of both PR and HRM. As the main goals of these areas seem to overlap, the phenomenon of interdepartmental conflict has been discussed using task and agent interdependence. Finally, some recommendations how to improve synergy effect between PR and HR has been proposed.
