W artykule podjęto próbę analizy i oceny zmian poziomu oraz struktury konsumpcji gospodarstw domowych w Polsce w latach 2008-2016. W pierwszej części opracowania dokonano analizy zmian ekonomiczno-społecznych. Następnie ukazano przemiany zachodzące w poziomie konsumpcji. Głównymi źródłami danych, które zostały wykorzystane w opracowaniu są informacje publikowane przez Główny Urząd Statystyczny oraz Narodowy Bank Polski.

The paper describes the changes of the level consumption considering socioeconomic background in Poland in the years 2008-2016. In the first part of the study, economic and social changes were analysed. Then, in this context, the changes taking place in the level of consumption were presented. The main sources of data used in the study is the information published by the Central Statistical Office and the National Bank of Poland.
