W niniejszym artykule przedstawiono wyniki autorskich badań dotyczących dochodu jako determinanty zachowań turystycznych pokolenia Z. Sondaż diagnostyczny został przeprowadzony za pomocą techniki CAWI pod koniec 2019 roku. Podmiotem badań były osoby urodzone w latach 1994-2000 i mieszkające w województwie małopolskim. Próba badawcza obejmowała 322 osoby. Poprzez zastosowanie testu niezależności X2 Pearsona badania wykazały, że występują statystycznie istotne zależności między wybranymi cechami społeczno-demograficznymi a zachowaniami turystycznymi.

This article presents the results of the author’s research on income as a determinant of tourist behavior of the Generation Z. The diagnostic survey was conducted using the CAWI technique at the end of 2019. The study concerned people born in the years 1994-2000 and living in the Lesser Poland Voivodeship. The research sample included 322 people. By using Pearson’s 𝑋2 independence test, studies have shown that there are statistically significant relationships between selected tourist behaviors and socio-demographic characteristics. Among the key tourist behaviors were identified: the source of financing trips, perception of barriers to participation in tourism and ways of responding to changes in the structure of income.
