Efektywne zarządzanie zasobami niematerialnymi jest dziś warunkiem koniecznym przetrwania i rozwoju każdej organizacji. Kluczową kompetencją staje się efektywne zarządzanie kapitałem ludzkim. Wykorzystanie potencjału intelektualnego pracowników oraz jego rozwój nie byłyby jednak możliwe bez skutecznego systemu motywowania pracowników. W obliczu rosnących oczekiwań zatrudnionych, priorytetem jest doskonalenie motywowania niematerialnego. Artykuł ma na celu odpowiedź na pytanie, czy w praktyce zarządzania przedsiębiorstwami narzędzia niematerialne są wykorzystywane do budowy kapitału ludzkiego organizacji.

Effective management of immaterial resources is now a necessary condition for survival and growth of any organization. Key competence becomes effective human capital management. The use of the intellectual potential of employees and its development would not have been possible without an efficient system of motivating employees. In the face of rising expectations of employees becomes a priority for improving motivation immaterial. This article aims to answer the question whether in practice the immaterial tools are used to build human capital organization.
