Employer branding - budowanie marki pracodawcy – staje się dziś koniecznością a nie tylko wyborem niektórych przedsiębiorstw. Sektor bankowy w Polsce boryka się w ostatnim czasie z narastającym zjawiskiem fluktuacji na stanowiskach pracy. Brakuje specjalistów w zakresie finansów i bankowości chcących na dłużej związać swoją karierę z tym obszarem. Ważnym, więc jest odpowiednie kreowanie wizerunku pracodawcy, by w procesach rekrutacji na stanowiska pozyskiwać najlepszych potencjalnie pracowników. Celem artykułu jest prezentacja wyników badań w zakresie zewnętrznych narzędzi employer branding stosowanych przez trzy wybrane banki w Polsce.

Employer branding (EB) has become a necessity and not just an option for certain companies. An increasing staff turnover is currently becoming an issue in the bank sector in Poland. There is a shortage of specialists in finance and banking who would like to decide on their career paths in this sector on the long run. Thus, it is crucial that an adequate employer image should be developed in order to acquire potentially best employees. The aim of the article is to present research results regarding the external tools of EB that are applied by the selected three banks in Poland.

The purpose of this paper is to present selected issues concerning ethics in management. Managers while performing particular tasks are guided by the rules of ethics of management. Ethical aspects of any actions which take place in the organization of relation first of all refer to the form of relations existing in the organization (generally between the organization and stakeholders including employees). In this paper special attention has been paid to the ethical aspect of management of human resources. Taking into consideration a significant role of human capital in obtaining profits by the company - it is still important to stress the meaning of ethics in management

The aim of this article is to present the application of a panel model in determining the impact of spatio-temporal relationships related to the employment of medical workers in public healthcare in specific voivodships. Based on estimated Berzeg's panel model parameters, mean structural changes as well as sectorial and regional interactions were assessed in respect of the employment of medical workers in the studied group of five professions from 1999 to 2011. Received results may be helpful in the management of healthcare facilities.
