W artykule przedstawiono znaczenie MRP II w procesie zarządzania przedsiębiorstwem.

Every enterprise in order to act competitively must deliver his product in the economic way in the time expected by the customer. MRPII system (Manufacturing Resource Planning) is a tested tool for achieving these purposes. It is model of the real process of planning and controlling the business activity. In the article was described MRP II meaning in the process of the enterprise management.
