This article presents the factors affecting the economic activity of parents bringing up a child with a disability. For the analysis were used expression parents obtained through qualitative research, the results of quantitative research and expert statements obtained in a panel discussion at the conference. The research was conducted within the framework of a project funded by the National Science Centre “Entrepreneurial behavior and consumption in families caring for children and youth with disabilities”.

Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie czynników wpływających na aktywność zawodową rodziców wychowujących dziecko z niepełnosprawnością. Do analizy zostały wykorzystane wypowiedzi rodziców uzyskane w ramach badania jakościowego, wyniki badania ilościowego oraz wypowiedzi ekspertów uzyskane w panelu dyskusyjnym na konferencji. Badania zostały przeprowadzone w ramach projektu finansowanego ze środków NCN „Zachowania przedsiębiorcze i konsumpcyjne w rodzinach opiekujących się dziećmi i młodzieżą z niepełnosprawnością”.
