Artykuł dotyczy sposobu przeprowadzania kryminalistycznego badania miejsca zdarzenia na przykładzie wypadku drogowego, omówienia wersji kryminalistycznych i eksperymentu procesowego jako elementu pomocniczego przy przeprowadzaniu oględzin miejsca zdarzenia. W artykule uwzględniona została fotografia z miejsca zdarzenia drogowego stanowiąca dowód dla późniejszego opiniowania, a także scharakteryzowano poszczególne programy komputerowe służące do przeprowadzania rekonstrukcji wypadków drogowych. Niniejszy artykuł zawiera również najczęstsze przyczyny wypadków drogowych w oparciu o dane sporządzone przez policję z 2012 roku, a także orzecznictwo

The article presents the methods of conducting the forensic examination of the scene based on a traffic accident, the discussion of forensic versions and lawsuit experiment as the auxiliary parts in the examination of the accident scene. The article includes the photography from the accident scene that constitutes the evidence for the future opinion, the description of various computer programs used in conducting the reconstruction of the traffic accidents. The article also shows the most common causes of the traffic accidents based on police data from 2012 and judicial decision
