Opracowanie dotyczy wybranych aksjologicznych aspektów regulacji czasu pracy w polskim Kodeksie pracy. Na wstępie zasygnalizowano podstawowe zagadnienia aksjologiczne. Kolejne uwagi dotyczą podłoża aksjologicznego poszczególnych rozwiązań przyjętych w regulacji czasu pracy. W szczególności autor odnosi się do takich zagadnień, jak pojęcie czasu pracy, poszczególne systemy czasu pracy, okresy rozliczeniowe, godziny nadliczbowe. Tekst zakończony jest wnioskami de lege ferenda.

Development on selected axiological aspects of working time regulation in the Polish labour code. At the outset, it signaled basic axiological issues. Further observations relate to the ground axiological individual solutions adopted in the regulation of working time. In particular, the author refers to issues such as the concept of working time, the various systems of working time, periods, overtime. The text is terminated conclusions de lege ferenda.
