Tekst ten jest próbą wydobycia z zapomnienia oraz omówienia jednego z pierwszych aktów normatywnych dotyczących wojskowej służby zdrowia, jaki został opublikowany drukiem. Przedstawione w nim zostały bardzo drobiazgowo omówione zasady organizacji szpitalnictwa wojskowego oraz pomocy doraźnej świadczonej żołnierzom na miejscu działań zbrojnych, w tym organizacja ruchomych ambulansów. Ze względu na szczegółowość zapisów stanowi on doskonały materiał do badań historycznych dotyczących medycyny wojskowej początku XIX wieku, jak również do prac rekonstrukcyjnych.

The text is an attempt to recall and to discuss one of the first legislative acts of the military health care that has been published in print. It presents thoroughly the rules of organization of military hospitals and emergency provided for the soldiers in battlefields comprising the organization of moving ambulances. Due to the detailed records, it is an excellent material for historical research on military medicine of the early nineteenth century, as well as the reconstruction work.
