W artykule przedstawiono propozycję systemowej analizy wydajności i dochodowo-ści pracy w rolnictwie na podstawie obowiązującego w UE znormalizowanego spra-wozdania finansowego, tzw. Rachunku Ekonomicznego dla Rolnictwa. Zapropono-wana procedura stanowi spójną i logiczną koncepcję przyczynowo-skutkowego po-wiązania czynników determinujących wydajność pracy i dochody przedsiębiorców rolnych. Zaletami skonstruowanego systemu wskaźników jest spójny i wszech-stronny obraz powiązań tych czynników oraz możliwość zmierzenia ich wpływu na wydajność pracy i poziom dochodów rolniczych za pomocą metod ilościowych.

This article presents a proposal for systematic analysis of labour productivity and earning capacity in agriculture under the current EU standard accounts – Economic Account for Agriculture (EAA). The proposed procedure is a consistent and logical method of showing cause-effect relations between factors determining productivity and incomes of agricultural enterprises. The constructed system of indicators pro-vides a consistent and comprehensive picture of relationships between these fac-tors and allows their impact on labour productivity and the level of incomes in ag-riculture to be measured using quantitative methods.
