Celem niniejszego artykułu jest omówienie przesłanek i procedury w zakresie wpisu do ewidencji kierowców naruszających przepisy ruchu drogowego w świetle przepisów rozporządzenia z dnia 25 kwietnia 2012 r. Ministra Spraw Wewnętrznych w sprawie postępowania z kierowcami naruszającymi przepisy ruchu drogowego przy uwzględnieniu orzecznictwa sądów administracyjnych, zasad odnoszących się do możliwości pozyskania informacji od policji o ilości posiadanych punktów karnych i możliwości zaskarżenia do sądów administracyjnych czynności policji w zakresie dokonywanych wpisów do ewidencji.

The aim of the article is to discuss the premises and procedures concerning registration of drivers violating traffic regulations in the light of the decree of 25th April 2012 issued by the Minister if Internal Affairs related to proceedings with drivers violating traffic regulations and including administrative courts judicature. Rules related to the possibility of acquiring information from police on the amount of endorsements and the possibility of appealing police actions related to registration with administrative courts.
