Dotychczasowa praktyka stosowania przepisów ustawy o dostępie do informacji publicznej ujawniła bowiem liczne wady i braki w obowiązującej regulacji prawnej.

The article focuses on both selected practical problems and proposals of changes in the application procedure for the access to public information in Poland. Current practice of applying the provisions of the Access to Public Information Act has revealed numerous disadvantages and shortages in the existing legal regulations.
