W artykule autorki opisały postawy wobec bezpieczeństwa w kontekście postrzeganego dystansu wobec zagrożenia, wykorzystując narzędzie Kwestionariusz Postaw wobec Bezpieczeństwa. Składa się ono z 18 stwierdzeń obejmujących trzy aspekty postawy: poznawczy, afektywny i behawioralny. W badaniu o charakterze kwestionariuszowym uczestniczyło 597 pracowników z dwóch przedsiębiorstw: n = 349 przedsiębiorstwa produkcyjnego z branży telekomunikacyjnej oraz = 248 portu lotniczego. Uzyskane wyniki badań wyraźnie wskazują na kluczowe znaczenie dystansu jako zmiennej, którą należy brać pod uwagę w ocenie postaw wobec bezpieczeństwa. To również kierunek kolejnych analiz i konieczność dalszych eksploracji

The article authors describe attitudes towards safety in the context of the perceived distance to the threat. As a tool they used a questionnaire examining attitudes towards safety. The questionnaire consists of eighteen statements covering three attitude aspects: cognitive, affective, and behavioral. A total of 597 employees from two companies participated in the questionnaire survey: n = 349 from a manufacturing company in telecommunications and n = 248 from an airport. The research results received clearly indicate the key importance of distance as a variable that should be taken into account in assessing attitudes towards safety. It is also a direction for further analyses that needs further exploration.
